WHO IS GRIT?

We are a team of retired Special Forces and Law Enforcement instructors based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, bringing together over 170 years of combined operational and deployment experience, along with more than 30 years in law enforcement and SWAT operations.

Our instructors are highly skilled and experienced trainers specializing in marksmanship, close-quarters battle (CQB) and building clearing, mechanical, ballistic, and explosive breaching, as well as precision marksmanship and sniper operations. We are committed to delivering professional, real-world training grounded in proven tactics and operational expertise.

What GRIT ‘s mission is:

Groundwork- To establish a fundamental base and build our students from there.

Resilience - We need to put aside old habbits to be open minded for new ways of doing things.

Instructor- We want to build instructors and do what we did in SOF opertations and work ourselfs out of a job.

Training- We train for the worst case and not get complacent to always training for what we always see and do, “Train as we fight”.
